Who being upon Oath says that when he paid
said draft at the Banking House of Messrs.
Batson Stephenson and Co. to said Pelti Spara< no role >
as aforesaid the two persons now present who
call themselves Aaron Mendoza< no role > and Jacob
Balfort< no role > were with him That said Mendoza
Counted the Bank Notes and said they were
night then wrap't them up and gave them to
said Pietco Spara< no role > who he believes put
them in his Breeches Pocket
