Take Notice that I the said
Richard Gwilt< no role > will surrender myself before
his Majesties Justices of Oyer and Terminer
Assigned by Letters Patent under the Great Seal
of Great Britain to enquire of all Treasons and
other Offences whatsoever in the said Letters
Patent specified and also to hear and determine
the same Treasons and other the Premises &
And the Justices assigned to deliver the Goal
of Newgate of the Prisoners therein being
at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey in the Parish
of Saint Sepulchre London on Monday next
at Eight of the Clock in the Forenoon of the
same day and then and there plead Not Guilty
and take my Trial on the Indictment preferred
against me for the Murder of the said Henry
Newell
