William Wilkins< no role > for the Murder of
Henry Newell< no role >

John Edward< no role > Reynolds of Great Queen
Street Lincolns Inn fields in the County of
Middlesex Gentleman maketh Oath and
saith that he this Deponent did on Saturday
the thirteenth instant serve Mr. Cockayne
Solicitor for the Prosecution of this Indictment
with the Notice hereunto annexed by delivering
a true Copy thereof to and leaving the same
with a Woman Servant of the said Mr
Cockayne
< no role > at his Lodgings in Lyons Inn in
Wych Street and this Deponent further saith
that he attended very often at the said
Lodgings of the said Mr Cockayne< no role > and
other Places endeavouring to find the said
Mr Cockayne< no role > to serve him personally with
the said Notice but this Deponent was
unable to find or meet with the said Mr.
Cockayne
