John Burton< no role > Clerk to William Chetham< no role > of Falcon Square London Gentleman
Solicitor for the above named Defendant maketh Oath and saith that he this
Deponent did on the Morning of Friday the ninth day of May instant serve
Stephen Sulivan Esquire the abovenamed prosecutor with a Notice in Writing
purporting that this Honourable Court would be moved one Monday the
twelfth day of May instant at ten of the Clock in the forenoon that the said
Robert Attrill< no role > might be admitted to Bail for his personal Appearance
at the next General Session of Gaol Delivery of Newgate to be holden for
the said County of Middlesex at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey London
to take his Trial on the above Indictment against him And that the
person proposed as such Bail were James Brearley of Saint James
Buildings near Rosamond Street Clerkenwell in the County of
Middlesex Watchmaker Alexander Paul< no role > of Oxford Street (near
Stratford place) in the said County Confectioner John Gillespie of
Basinghall Street in the City of London Taylor and William Kennedy< no role >
of Newgate Street London Linen Draper by delivering such Notice to
a Footman of the said Stephen Sulivan at his House in Upper Harley
Street in the said County And this Deponent saith that the said Footman
informed this Deponent that the said Stephen Sulivan was at have
but this Deponent not being able to see the said Stephen Sulivan the said
Footman at this Deponents Request carried the said Notice up Stairs
to the said Stephen Sulivan and afterwards informed this Deponent
that he had given the same to the said Stephen Sulivan And this
Deponent further saith that he did on the Morning of Saturday the
tenth day of May instant serve the said Stephen Sulivan with
another Notice in Writing purporting that Paris Hind of Rosamond
Street Clerkenwell in the County of Middlesex Watchmaker
would be added to the Persons prepered a Bail for the said
