Cald up the same Night and was Aquited: and the Bill
was found against the [..] r at three Clock on the same
day the Deponents not being aquainted of the Tryall
Comeing on the said Evening the said bill was found
ommitted no thinking but it would Come on till the next
Morning and prossecuter the said defendant and these
deponents say that the said omission was not willfully
done but only Through Ignorance and not Through
fair or Hopes of Reward or any Cause watsoever
