for the said County.
Who being duly sworn upon their oaths say
and frist Francis Tinbestie< no role >
upon hisfor himself
saith that he is an Officer belonging to the Stamp Office
that onFridayThursday Evening last between Eight and Nine
o Clock he was going along Oxford Street
in the Parish
of St. Mary le bone
in the said County when he observed
the person now present who calls himself Joseph Beale< no role >
together with Four or Five others in his Company that
the said Persons immediately got about him and James
Beale< no role >
give him be violent blow and a Kick and Th [..]
him down at which time this informant saith that
[..] th Handkerchief was taken from him that he was
greatly hurt by the blows and the fall so that he
was unable to rise and was a Short time insensible
and is positive and certain that the said James Beale< no role >
is the person who struck him And the said John Ingry< no role >
for himself saith that he was standing within two or
three doors of [..] the place where the above transaction
happened and immediately went to inquire what was
the matter when he saw the other informant down in
the kennel and the person now present who calls himself
James Beale< no role >
upon him and recovering himself now
the said James Beale< no role >
forcibly drag the said Francis
[..] he along the Kennel and wrost a Stick out of
