That on Friday last this Informant went to the Green
Man at Muzzle Hill aforesaid where he met the said
Kimpton, said Joseph Mash< no role > , the Person now
present who calls himself Richard Rushin< no role >
and [..] William Mash< no role > now also present That they dined together
after which the said Hempton proposed to go and
see the Sheep which were then in a Lamb
House belonging to Mr. Robert at Muzzle Hill
aforesaid That this Informant said Kempton
and said Joseph Mash< no role > Richard Rushin< no role > and
said [..] William Mash< no role > went to see the Sheep
That this Informant asked said Rushin the
Price of Ten of them who replied Sixteen Shillings
Cach That said Kimpton ask'd this Informant it he bought the Sheep to let him have of the Skins Informant replied if the kill'd the sheep he should That Informant said it was too much
That they returned back to the Green Man and
as they were going along Informant ask'd said
Rushin what he would take for the whole who
replied twelve Shillings each That Informant
told him he would give him half a Guinea
which he refused to take That said Kimpton
said to said Rushin "if Mr. Gifford deals with
[..] you for the Sheep he should take Forty Shillings
worth of half pence in part of Payment which
he said Kimpton had in his Pocket" That
Informant then bid said Rushin seven Pounds
for said Sheep at which time said Kimpton
observed what you do do quickly for Jean not
stay here all Night That said Rushin then
agreed to take seven Pounds for said Sheep
That Informant then desired them to send
them home to Informants House when he
