Service of James Mather< no role > at his WharfsnotOne Situate near the Orchard House at
Blackwall the other in Broad Street Ratcliff And That The Iron Shoval and Two dead Eyes produced he with
Thomas Gardiner< no role > and Thomas Samuel< no role > One and [..]
not know have at different times taken
took out the Yard of the said James Mather< no role > situate at Blackwell about three Weeks ago
and carried the same to the House of James Chapman< no role > situate near Limehouse
Bridge in the Parish of St. Ann Middlesex and that out Streetand Sold
the said [..] Dead Eyes to the said James Chapman< no role > who paid them Twenty pence or
Two Shillings for the same which he cannot sayan for the said Iron Shovel and same
Rope Shakings which they likewise took out of the said Yard about Twelve
days ago they sold to the wife of the said James Chapman< no role > for the Eighteen pence and about
Ten or Eleven age since they took out of the said Yard the Iron Anle tree
produced which they sold to the said John Chapman< no role > for the Sum of Two Shillings
and that on Friday lastThey [..] they took out of the said YardThe been Statian to produced
Three Dead Eyes and as they were coming along Poplar They were Stopt but all
shewas leaving the same behind and on Saturday night last as he was coming out
of the Gate of thesaidYard at Broad Street Ratcliff belonging to the said James Mather< no role > with the Iron Stantient produced he was Stopt by William
Mather

Thomas Gardiner< no role > confesses and Says he is Apprentice to James Mather< no role > of St Ann Middlesex
andwho has a Wharf and Yard near the Orchard House at Blackwall And that he knows
William Anderson< no role > and Thomas Samuel< no role > wellSays the Williams Anderson< no role > and Thomas
Samuel have at three different times taken out of the said Yard sunday Dead Eyes and others different of his said Mark and that either last
Week or the Week before they took the Iron Axle tree produced out of the said Yard and carryed it the House of
the person present who says his Name isThomasJames Chapman situate near to
Limehouse Bridge who paid them Two Shillings for the same That they have
carryed at times about a fortnight ago several Dead Eyes which they behavior sold to the
saidThomas James Chapmans< no role > that he brought some away himself butbeingcannot say of the
Dead Eyes produced are part of the dead Eyes which they Took and sold as aforesaid
and that he withbe William Anderson< no role > to toto take the Iron Stantient out of his Masters Yard
at hand street Redcliffe on Saturday night last
