the peace
in and for the said County
Who being upon their Oaths say and first
this Deponent Mary Stokes< no role >
for herself saith
that she lives in the precinct of Saint Catherines
in the said County that on Sunday Evening last
the 28th of January inst about Six o Clock
[..] She and her Husband went out together and
fastened their Doors that about half an hour
afterwards they were fetched home by some of
the neighbours and told their house had been
robbed that when she & husband came home
they found their house had been burglariously
broke open and Entered and one Blanket
One Sheet and one pair of Copper Scales now
produced were feloniously taken and Carried
away therein the property of her Husband

be in the Court where the said Mary Stokes< no role >
lives situate in Saint Catherines
aforesaid
that he saw three persons now present
