Saith That there
was [..] stolen from her Dwelling house in the Parish
of Saint John Hackney
on Wednesday the Seventh day
February Instant, One Check Muslin Frockanda [..]
Cotton Gown and a large Quantity of Wearing Appare
her property And that a Check Muslin Frock, Printed
Cotton Gown and a large Bundle of wearing Apparel now

a Peace Officer is the property of this Informant
and the same that was stolen from her said Dwelling house
as aforesaid

Saith That he is a
Brickmaker
and was at Work for Mr. Scott in Hackney
fields
on the seventh day of February Instant and that
between two and three O'Clock that day he being in Company
at work with several others he saw two young man coming
through a field called the Ten Acres, near where he was
at Work, going towards Haggerston,
One of the young
men then having a Bundle under this Arm, who said to
his Companion this is the Earth they make Tiles with
he and the others suspecting thewhatBunder they had, was not
honestly come by they agreed to Pursue them and did,
And this Informant running the fastest he overtook
the Person who had the Bundle, and seized hold of him

Bundle, come across the Road for i'll not be stopt by
any body Brian then took the Bundle and said You go and fetch your mother, Brian then
said that the things were going to the washer Womans

who Conveyed him to the
Magistrates at the Public Office in Worshipstreet Shoreditch
