of the peace
in and for the said County
Who being upon Oath saith that he lives in the
House of Ann Evans< no role >
Widow
situate in the
parish of Saint John Wapping
in the said County
that on Friday the Ninth of February instant
about Two o'Clock in the Afternoon he went out
of his said lodgings situate as aforesaid and did not
return home again untill about Eight o Clock the
same Evening when he found the said House had
been binglariously broke and Entered and Two Gowns
One Jacket One Apron One Hatt one Bottle of Oil
one Brush and Two Shillings and Six pence in
Monies the property of this Informant had been
feloniously taken and Carryed away in the Appartment
rented by him the said Thomas Jones< no role >
in the said
Dwelling House And this Informant further
upon his Oath saith that the Two Gowns One
Jacket and One Apron now produced and which
were found in the possession of a person now
present who calls himself Harty Benjamin< no role >
are this Informants property and part of the
Goods so stolen at the time of the Binglary
committed as aforesaid
