taken upon Oath before me this 11th. day of
January 1787

Mr. Matthew Edmondson< no role > being duly Sworn Saith that
on Wednesday night the 10th. of January about half past
eight o'Clock this Informant went into his house to See that all
was Safe, and the found the Prisoner who calls himself James
Windsor< no role > Standing in the Parlour of the Said house with
two Pictures in his hand, this Informant laid hold of him
and asked him how he came there, who Answered A
Gentlemen put him over the Nails and he came into the
Window

Robert Trapp< no role > being duly Sworn Saith that on SaturdayWednesday
nightthe 6th.dayof January about eight o'Clock at night
this Informant fastened the Shutters and doors of his
Masters Mr. Edmondsons house in Oxendon Street went
into the Said house on Monday tuesday and Wednesday
following and Saw the doors and Windows all fastened
on thursday Morning following this Informant went
into the house and Saw the Staple of the bolt of one of
the Windows broke and the Glass of the said Window broke
