an Evidence in his Majesty's behalf Against
John Fatt< no role > , John Vandeast< no role > andMichael
[..] a Man that goes by the name of
Peter for feloniously and Burglariously
breaking and Entering the dwelling house of
Mr. Matthew Edmondson< no role >

Who being duly Sworn Saith that on Wednesdaynight
last that 10th. of January 1787 about eight o'Clock this Informant
being at the Black dog a Public house in Saint Giles' s
drinkingwithSoon after came in John Fatt< no role > , John
Vandeast< no role > and a Man that goes by the Name of Peter they
began Sharing Some Money for Some things they had
Just been Selling, they had, from a house near the
Haymarkett, they Asked this Informant to go Along
with them to the, Same place to get Some China and he Should have part
of it, they all Set out together and went to A house in
Oxondon, Street near the hay Markett, And Immediately
[..] John Vandeast< no role > went thro, the Railing and
Open a Window Shutter and went into the house this
Informant followed him in and went up Stairs the
Prisoner Vandeast gave this Informant two Pictures to
hold while he went to get Something more, Immediately
Mr. Edmondson came and took him Prisoner
