The Information of Richard Twidal< no role >
Taken the 22nd.. day of January 1787 .

Who upon his oath Saith That he is Servant to
Mr. Robert Hincksman< no role > of Holbom Linnen Draper
That about a quarter past 2. oClock in The afternoon
of Friday last Two Girls came into his Masters
Shop namely Ann Parsley< no role > and Phebe Flartey< no role > who
are now in Custody and said they wanted to Buy
a Childs Frock at Two Shillings a Yard and he shewed
them same and not liking that they went from that
place to the other side the Shop and asked the price
of a Cotton for a Gown on which Counter were a
large Quantity of Shawls and Handkerchiefs and
While he was answering Phebe Flurtey same
Questions Ann Parsley< no role > Took from off the Counter
Three Cotton Shawls of the Value of Thirty shillings
and put it under her Apron and when out of the Shop
and Flartey followed her That this Informant
then went after them and Took Parsley and brought
her back to the Shop That he Searched her in
the Street and found the Shawls upon her and
Flartey ran away.
