of Broad Street same Parish Pawn broker taken this 15th day of Decr 1786

Mary Tyler< no role > says on Sunday last she went to a Chest of drawers in the first pair of
Stairs in her said Husband house and Missed The Handkerchief and Apron produced
likewise a Black Silk Handkerchief not produced That she went down into the Lower
Room where she missed a Clear Lawn Apron One Silk coloured Spotted Handkerchief
and One white Muslin Handkerchief. One Nankeen Waistcoat and Two pair of
Coloured Worsted Stockings her said Husband Property which were taken out of a Chair
drawers in the said Lower Room the Wood work of One of the Drawers close to the Lock
broke so as the same can be Opened without a Key and in which Draw was the last
mentioned Articles which she saw and those which are produced some day in
the last Week on the Week before in both said Drawers That no person had the Keys to go into
the said Rooms except the Prisoner who says his Name is Charles Dickerson< no role > her
Husband and herself

Simon Letter< no role > on his Oath says The said Charles Dickerson< no role > pawned the Handkerchief
produced in His own Name for One Shilling on the 5th: Instant and the Apron produced
on the first Instant for the sum of One Shilling at the House of his said Mistress
situate as aforesaid who said they were the property of His Mother
