Mary the Wife of John Millard< no role > of Peare Street St George Middlesex Pastry Cook
on her Oath says on Tuesday night last about the Hour of Eleven as she was going a Cross Tawdon fields with her
Apprentice Elizabeth Roberts< no role > aged Fourteen Years and her Son William< no role > aged
six Year she was Attacked by Five Young men amongst [..] whom was the Person
present who says his Name is John Ball< no role > who demanded of her Mony
saying they wanted MongThat she begged of them to save her life and she
would give them all she hadSays They did not give her Time to give
them what she had when one John Marshall< no role > throwed her Down The said
John Ball< no role > assisting to keep her down whilst Marshall rifled her of her
Cloak made of Superfine Scarlet Cloth with as is called Black and white Ermine which
cost new Two pound fourteen Shillings Three Years ago seldom in Wear
and not a Spot thereon That her said Apprentice and Son calling out
Murder They all Five ran away and She is Sure The said John Ball< no role >
was the Person who acded the said John Marshall< no role > a aforesaid it being a
Very light night
