and John Whiskins< no role > went in a Peter Boat and took from an Ozier
Ground near Battersea Bridge in the County of Surry belonging
to Mr. John Newman< no role > Fifteen Bundles of Ozier Twiggs then
standing in the said Ground which they brought to New Crane
Stairs Shadwell in the County of Middlesex about 9 o'Clock
at night And put the same into the Cellar near there of Thomas Crosby
Sheppard< no role > the Person present who ran to his house in Pamington
Street as this Informant believes and fetched Nineteen Shillings
which he paid them for the sameThat about a week
afterwards the same Persons went to the same Place in a Shift
and Peter Boat and took therefrom Forty Bundles of Ozier Twiggs
which they put into the said Thomas Crosby Sheppards Cellars
about ten oClock at night who paid them for the same Forty
ShillingsThat upon the said Mr. Sheppard's informing
them he would take as marry Bundles of Twiggs as they
could bring The said several Persons with this Informant
went about two days afterwards and took away from the
same Place Twenty nine Bundles of Ozier Twiggs which they brought
in a Skiff and about four or five in a Peter Boat to New Crane Stairs aforesaid with
intent to deliver the same to the said Mr. Sheppard to whom
Green went for him to come and pay them when they emptied
the Twiggs out of the Peter Coat upon the Causway and
Going to empty the other Boat which ebbed on shore And
in the Watch Boats coming up this Informant desired to
that he had [..] ught the Twiggs and the said other Persons all ran away
