Intoxicated with Liquor but Deponent
believes Williams was more so
than the deceased That after they
had Engaged about four Minutes
as Deponent believes he the
Deponent togr. with divers other
persons. Interfered and prevented
their fighting longer and the
Deceased Quitted the place where
he had been Fighting without
Appearing to Deponent to have
received any very Material
Injury That Deponent saw
him the following day led by
a Woman and the next day heard
he was Dead but Deponent door
not know nor can he upon his
Oath say That he Bruises he
then received was the Cause of his
Death
