No 7 Snaids Court Piccadilly Spinster
Thomas Turner< no role > of [..] ays Buildings Stay
Maker and James Wise< no role > of Knight bridge
Milkman taken before me this 3d. day
of August 1787 .

Who being upon Oath Severally Say and frist said Mary
Hunt
< no role > for herself Says That about nine o Clock last Night as
She was going to the Tap at Florida Gardens with an intention
to meet William Peacock< no role > That near the sign of the Bell and
Horns going to Brompton She was accosted by a person now
present who calls himself Lustan Vaughan< no role > That the said
Vaughan proposed to be connected with her that She refused
h [..] That he then laid hold of hov and dragged her out of the
Road wits a Corn Fields That She them Screamed out when
he Stuck her and Knock'd her down That when She was
down he had hold of hov Throat to Present her Crying out
That he then threw himself upon hov pulled up [..] Petticoats [..]
un bottoned his Breacher That she is perfectly Sensible he
entered her body and continued upon her near a quarter of an Hour but cannot Say whether he emitted or not,
And the Said Thomas Turner< no role > and James Wise< no role > for
themselves jointly and Severally Say that last Night about
ten o'Clock as they were coming from Florida Garden in
Company together and crossing the Road by the Bell and Horns
they heard the cry of a Woman apparently in distress and
in the Corn Field adjoining That the said Thomas Turner< no role >
went down a little Lane intending to go into said Corn Field to
Sev what was the Matter when they Saw a Person get up and
go towards the Footpath That said Turner returned back
again to the Footpath when they met Lustan Vaughan< no role >
now present at a gap coming out of said Corn Field and
Close behind him they observed Mary Hunt< no role > now Present
when said Turner asked what was the Mattor That Said
Mary Hunt< no role > uplied that that Man meaning Vaughan
had used her ill That Informant Turner then observed to
her that he heard the Screams of a Woman and Said Hunt
repiled it washer That Informants then charged Said
Vanghan with the Watch and he was taken into custody
That they then accompanied Said Hunt to Florida Gardens
to See
