Saith That on Saturday
the fourteenth day July Instant there was feloniously
Stolen from his Dwelling house at the Parish of
Tottenham High Cross
One Silver Watch his property
and that a Watch now produced by Abraham
Starling< no role >
is the Same Watch that was Stolen
from out of his house and the property of this
Deponent.

Saith That on
Saturday the fourteenth day of July Insant about
four O'Clock in the morning as he was at his
Busniess for his Master who is a Baker
at
Tottenham
While he was in the Bakehouse he
Saw Bernard Walford< no role >
and William Pearson< no role >
and James

Pass by the Window, he thought he heard
Some person Knock at the door and he opened it

asked this Informant if he
had any not Rolls to which he made Answer
that they never had any not roll at that time
in the morning but that he might have a penny
Cake if he would, he had one and went, afterwards
came in again and had another Cake and william

was then standing at the Door, Walford
then asked Informant for aGlassdraught of Beer or Water
Informant went into the Yard to get them
Beer and at his return his Master watch which,
hung up [..] by the [..] Mouth on a Nail
was taken awayAnd that the Watch now
produced is the same that was taken away as
aforesaid
