of July last he took a Watch from the Prisoner in

heon the Twenty Sixth day of aforesaid he
delivered the Same watch to a Person who Says his
Name is John Thompson< no role > and further Saith that
he has not any doubt but that the Watch now
produced is the same Watch he received from the
Prisoner at the Bar and afterwards delivered to
said John Thompson< no role >
