Street Wapping Mariner Taken this 8th day of
August 1787 before me one of his Majesty's Justice
of the peace in and for the said County Who being on
his Oath Saith that this day he being at the Sign
of the Kings Arms in New Gravel Lane Shadwell
put four Guineas in Gold on the Tap Room Table
in the said House when the person present who Saith
her name is Elizabeth Richards< no role > snatched one of
the said Guineas of the Table put the same into
her Mouth and astempted to go out of the House
with the same but was presented by one John Murray< no role >
