being duly
Sworn upon his Oath Saith about five Weeks agoe a Man
came into his Shop and asked to look at a Watch when
this Informant took out a Number of Watcher when
said Man agreed to give three Guineas and a half for one
and that he would call for same and pay the Money in
a day a two that said Man then desired to have a Pot
of Beer This Information then Wanted his back to call
is Person to Order Same Further saith that said Man
Stoped and drank part of the Beer and then went
away that in about three Minutes afterwards a Person
came in to Ask for a Watch which he had left with this
Informant to repair This Informant then loked for
Same on the Hook he had a short time before hung Said
Watch upon but
[..] found same had been taken
away that he then looked further and also Missed the
Watch he had Just before for Which Conviced
him this Informant that said Person who had Cargained
for said Watch had taken them both away That this
Informant made diligent Search after said Man but
could get no Account of him Further saith that about
half an Hour after Nine o Clock Yesterday Morning
a Boy came to this Informant House with a Watch
to have a Glas put in that on said Watch being given
