The Information of Thomas Sutton< no role > and other
against Robert Gooding< no role > andfor felony with the
Examination of the prisoner taken before me John
Staples< no role > Esquire one of His Majesty's Justices of
the peace in and for the said County as follows

Thomas Sutton< no role > of now Saffron Hill in the said County
Labourer being upon his Oath Saith that the person now
present who says Name is Robert Gooding< no role > [..] Brotherthis
[..] this Examination Wife. That he came to
thehis Apartments on the second day of August Instant
in the forenoon and laid himself down on the Bed that he this Informant
left his Watch hanging on a Nail on the Mantle Piece by which
he this Informant Told [..] said Robert Gooding< no role > what it
was o'Clock about ten Minutes before Elevenin
the [..] that he then went to work in the Yard
and left the said Robert Gooding< no role > lying on the Bed
that about half an Hour afterwards his Wife called
to this Information and told him the believed that Bob
had run away with the Watch upon which
he pursued him but last Sight at him then and
did not find him until between two and three in
the afternoon when he found him in Rag pair having
produced himself with Several Articles of wearing
apparel Lastly saith that the Watch now
produced by Edward Uyatt< no role > a pawnbroker is
the property of himthis Informant and the
same Watch which he last as aforesaid
