it was o'Clock, when holding of it in his
Hand the Little Man who is not Yet
taken, took it from him put it in his
Pocket and immediately went away
saying he must go down to Charing Cross
and would return as soon as possible
That this Informant then went on with the
Person now present who calls himself
Jno. Jones< no role > for a Small Space of Time, who
then told him that he had some Business
to do a little Distance, and desired this
Informant to go on to his House, where
he might have a Pint of Bar and Victur [..]
for which he should not charge him any
thing, that this Informant went accordingly
but could not find any such House or any
Person keeping one of the Name of Johnson

And this informant further sayeth
that upon calling in at a Public House in
Oxford Street and telling his Story he
met with a Person who went with him
to such after the People who had taken his
Watch at several Places, and this Morni [..]
he was conducted to a House in [..] mbard
Court where he distinguished [..]
Several People the Person now present who
calls himself Jno: Jones< no role > who Yesterday
called himself by the Name of Johnson
and now says his Name is Jno: Jones< no role >
which [..] Person this Informant does upon
his Oath say that he verily believes, is
one of the Two Men who were concernd in
feloniously taking and carrying away
his Silver Watch as aforesaid
