Head borough Taken before me one of His Majesty's
Justices of the peace in and for the [..] County
And Just the said John Offner upon his Oath
Saith that he received Information of four Casks
his property being in the possession of John George Widdman< no role >
who had lived with him as Drayman about Six
Months that upon Such Information he
applied to John Tann< no role > Headborough to assist
him to Search for the said Casks that they went
together to the House when said George
Wideman< no role > lodged Situate in Colchester Street
White Chapel that they both Wents up Stairs
into he Room where the said George Wideman< no role >
lived and on searching a Closet in said Room
found two Casks there in thattheyhe the said John Offner took said Casks
and the said John Tann< no role > took the said John George
Wideman< no role > into Custody and as they were going down the
Stairs Saw a Casks Standing in the Wash House
in the Yard the which he the said John Offner
took likewise which said three Casks are
produced and the said John Offner [..] ears
them to be his property of the Value of five
