on Suspicion of Felony taken before me
John Staples< no role > Eves one of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace in and for the
said County.

Frist John Barker< no role > of Mile End road in the said
County Pastry Cook on his Oath Saith that
he lost the Copper preserving pan now produced
with Other things upwards of three Week Ago from
a [..] in his Yard at Mile End aforesaid
That he found the [..] said pan the next day after he
so lost the same exposed for Sale on the Shop
Window of Solomon Hyams< no role > in Montague Street
Spitalfields that the said Solomen Hyams< no role >
told this Informant he had bought the said pan of
a Woman and paid her half a Crown for the same

And the said Solomen Hyams< no role > for himself on his
Oath saith that he keeps a Broker Shop in
now Montague Street Spitalfields That upward
of three Weeks ago he bought at his said
Thoss of the Woman now present who says
her Produced and Claimed by the Said
John Barber< no role > that his Wife said her half
a Crown for the Said Pan thatShe thenthe said Mary Peters< no role >
said that She lived at a Farm Yard
that She had a Quantity of Eggs to Sell
and that She was also desired to Sell that
pan as they had house for it,
