Margaret Morin< no role > and this Informant also further
sayeth that she this Day heard the said Ann Timmings< no role >
a knowledge upon her Examination at the Public Office
aforesaid, that the Remainder of her Things were
in White Cross Street , but with whom or in what
Place there She would not say, and this Informant
further sayeth that the Wearing Apparel her Property
so taken and carried away [..] of the Value of Four
Pounds and upwards and verily believes that the
same were feloniously taken and carried away
by the said Ann Timmings< no role > .

And this Informant Margaret Morin for
herself sayeth, that she is the Wife of John Morin< no role >
and lives in the House of Margaret Welch< no role > , situated
in Scotch Court in the Parish of Saint Giles in the
Fields in the said County, that she has [..] been
some time acquainted with the other Informant
Mary Dwyer< no role > , that about a For night since, the said
Mary Dwyer< no role > Left a Box in the Care of this Informant
containing a Quantity of wearing Apparel, that on
Monday the 20th Inst: the Person now present who
calls herself Ann Timmings< no role > , came to this Informant
Apartments, saying she wanted Mr. Dwyer Things
that she open'd the Box and took out in the Presence
of this Informant Three Gowns, a Black Silk Cloah
and other Things, all which was tied up in a Bundle
in a Colour'd Apron and taken and carried away
by the said Ann Timmings< no role > , that about Three or
Fair afterwards the said Mary Dwyer< no role > came to this
Informants, when she told her what had passed

And this Informant Theophilus his Butcher< no role > for
himself sayeth, that he was employed to apprechend
Ann Timmings< no role > , that he saught after her for some
time, she having absconded, and on Tuesday last
met with her in the Fleet Market , where he took her
into Custody, and on being brought to the Public
Office in Poland Street , where she was Search'd, this
Informant found the Black Silk Cloak now produc'd
and sworn to be the Property of the other Informant
Mary Dwyer< no role > concealed in the Pocket of the said Ann
Timmings
