on their Oaths severally say and first the said
John Hardwick< no role >
for himself saith, that between Three & Four o'Clock this
Morning He in Company with one
Michael Stewart< no role >
came to
the Bell Inn
in Bell Yard
Westminster
and that he saw the
said

brake into the Cellar of the said House,
which is kept by
Thomas Jones< no role >
And this Deponent
further saith that the said
Michael Stewart< no role >
went down
into the Cellar, & stayed about a Quarter of an Hour and then
came up by throwing up the flap of the Cellar in the Yard,
usually opened for Starting of Beer & brought up a Jarr
containing about two Quarts of Porter which he took up
Stairs into

's Room in the said House,

having called the said Booth out of his Bed to let them
in during the Time

was in the Cellar, And
after this Deponent and

had drank the
same

returned to the Cellar & brought up
a Two Gallon Stone Bottle nearly full of Ale, of which they
drank what they liked, & then they laid down on the Bed
And further this Deponent saith notAnd this Deponent
Langham Booth saith for himself that between Three and four
o'Clock this Morning, He was called to from without the
House of

that he went down and opened the Door, for him to come in
when I. Hardwick told him Stewart was coming, which
he did presently & brought a Jarr of Beer-And this
Deponent further saith, that Stewart took down the Jarr
& brought up a Two Gallon Bottle nearly full of ale, and
further this Deponent saith not.
