who on his Oath saith that about
Six o'Clock this Morning he was called up by his Maid Servant
& told that she imagined some person had been in his Cellar,
the flap in the Yard which was usually taken up to Start the
Beer being turned topsy Survey, This Deponent saith he
immediatly got up and went to the Cellar which He
found to have entered by a Window and a Quantity of Liquor
running on the Floor which he discovered from a Cask which
contained Half a Hogshead of Gin, & in Which severally Holes
had been bored That he then went into the Room of

one of his Lodgers, & from the great Smell
of Gin and the Appearance of Liquor Spilt on the Floor he
had reason to believe and does suspect he the said
Langham Booth and one
