The Information of William Hume< no role >
George Mitchel< no role > , Joseph Richard< no role >

me George Reid< no role > Esquire , one of the
Majestys Justices of the Peace
acting in and for the sd. City and
Liberty this Second Day of July
1787

Who being severally sworn, upon this Oath
say, and first this Informant William Flame< no role >
for himself sayeth he is a Lodger and occupied
the Parlour as a Lodger in the House of Mathew
Balltis
< no role > in George Count in the Parish of Saint
James Westr . and this Informant further
sayeth that he went and yesterday afternoon
about Four o'Clock, when he doubled locked
the Door of his Apartments and went out
at the Street Door of the said House which
he is certain, he left upon the Latch at that
time and verily believes, that at the time
he went out and latch'd the Door as aforesaid
no other Person whatever remained or was
left in the said House, and this Informant
further sayeth, that soon after Seven in the
Evening he returned when he found open, and that
the two Persons now present, who call themselves
John Jones< no role > and Anthony Dwyer< no role > [..]
Custody having been taken by the other
Informants George Mitchel< no role > & Joseph Richard< no role >
that upon examining his Aparments, this
Informant found that a Number of Things
which he had left therein upon different
Shelves had been taken and carried away
being put into a Bag now produced containing
a Mans Cloth Coat, a Womans Cloth Cloat,
Seven pair of Shoes, three Books 2 Childrens
Frocks, two Coloured Aprons, One Silk Handkerchief
and One Stocking, which said several Articles
