The Informations of Robert Rogers< no role >
of the Jelly Coopers in Exeter Street
Victualler and Mary< no role > his Wife taken
before me this 26th. day of June 1787

Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said
Robert Rogers< no role > for himself says that as he and his said
Wife were coming over the Five Fields at Chelsea last
Night between ten and eleven o'Clock he was stopt by the
person now present who calls himself George Riness< no role > who
said "Halloo what are you about" and struck this Informant
on the Shoulder and demanded his Money at which time
another person was with him who snape a Pistol
at his Wife and robbed her of one Shilling And the said
Mary Rogers< no role > for herself says that she was with her said
husband last Night at the time the assault was made
upon him by the said Riness and was herself robbed by
another person of one Shilling that the said person
snapp'd a Pistol at her and that she verily believes
the person now person who calls himself William
Adams< no role > is the person who so robbed and Fired at her
as aforesaid.
