Who upon their Oaths Severally say and first the
said Richard Hale< no role >
for himself Saith That he is a
Master Baker
and Keeps a Shop in Upper Thames
Street
in the City of London
That a Silver Watch
his property was hanging up in the Bakehouse about
Eleven o'Clock in the day of Saturday last about
which time one George Herb< no role >
whom he had occasionally
Employed Came into the Bake house and soon afterwards
went away That about One o'Clock the same day
he Came home and was informed by his Wife That
the Watch was Stolen And having had Suspicion
That the Watch was Stolen And having had Suspicion
That the Watch was Stolen by the said George Skel< no role >
he went out with an Intention to Call at some
pawnbrokers
and having heard That Steel lived in
Saint Giles's
he went to Drury Lane
and accidentally
went into a pawnbrokers Shop there kept by one

and there saw the said Watch
which the pawnbroker said he had Received
in Pledge for £1..1..6 And this Informant saith
That the Watch now produced is his Property and
the same that was Stolen as aforesaid
And this Informant Edward Hanson< no role >

himself Saith That he is Shopman
to Mr.
Wooding of Drury Lane
