Lighter being Sworn and Examine's Maketh Oath
and South That on Wednesday Night the twenty
fifth day of April last about ten oClock at Night
Deponent was called out of the three Compasser
Publick House by William Packer< no role > the deced assist in securing two Men
Who had been striking William Parker< no role > then
deced Him as Deponent was informedThat Dept.
and One Samuel White< no role > , went out of the sd.
Publick House with to the Assistance of said William
Parker
< no role > , and Rainbow Cow Cross after the two
Men, and over took them near Benjamin
Street , where they struck the deceased several
times upon His attempting take them, but they
were at length secured by the deced, this Deponent
and said Samuel White< no role > , who called the Watch
and other Persons to their Assistance
