The Informations of Daniel Dimpsey< no role > of Queen Street in the Parish of Saint
George Middlesex Victualler Owen Carty< no role > Lodger at the said Daniel Dimpseys< no role > Laborer
and Thomas Brown< no role > Keeper of the Watch House of the said Parish of Saint George Taken
before me One of his Majesty's Justices of the peace in and for the said County

Daniel Dimpsey< no role > on his Oath Says the pieces of Silver The Spoons produced are his property
and were taken out of his [..] House some time on Sunday the 29th. day of April [..] last on Monday morn the 30th and that
the Big Key produced unlocks his Barr door and the small key produced the Till in the said
Barr wherein he usually did leaved his Money until he found that said Till had been severall times
robbed

Owen Carty< no role > on his Oath says Yesterday in the afternoon The Prisoner present who
says his Name is James Kairns< no role > gave him Two Silver Tea Spoons broke into
Four pieces one of piece of which he lost out of his Pocket the other Three pieces
are now produced and told him to go and sell them says he asked him where
he get them who answered Old Mary gave them to him That he told him
There was agreat uproar about them and that he would take them home
which he did and told Patrick Dimpsey< no role > all about the said Spoons

found the Three Keys produced and that the Biggest key opens the door of the Barr
and the Small key the Till [..] in the said Barr which is in the house of the said Daniel
Dimpsey

{The said James Kairns< no role > being asked by me what he has to by
Says he found the Big Key in the Garret and the little key in the Club Room
of the house of the said Daniel Dempsey< no role > with whom he has lodged upwards
Eight Months that he has had the Big key seven Weeks and the Small
Key about Three Weeks Says he never used the small key That he
Yesterday Morning between the Hours of Four and Five Opened the
Barr of the said Daniel Dempsey< no role > with the Big key and took two Silver
Spoons which were in said Barr away and about the hour of Four
in the afternoon gave then to Owen Carty< no role > to sell them after he
had broken them in Four pieces and that the Three pieces of Silver
produced are Three of the said Four Pieces
