door to the house of Mr. Tyer's
a Tin man at the next door he [..] suspected it
must have been some person from
that house who had Stole his
property And upon getting a
Search Warrant he searched
the said house of Mr. Tyer's and
found therein the property
before mentioned which is now
produced [..]

found the same was fastened in
the inside to that he could not
get in, that as soon as he
got in he found that the Shop
had been robbed of the good
now produced which are the
property of his Master the
