Onetwo of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace
in and for the
said County
Who being upon Oath saith that on the third
of May instants he came from Chatham
in the
Coach to the Cross keys
in Gracechurch Street
London
that in the Came Coach was a person, who called
himself Miller that when he got out of the Coach
he the said Miller asked him to go with him
Drink which he accordingly did and the said Miller
took him to a House upon Salt petre Bank
, kept
by a Person now present who calls herself Mary
keeling< no role >
that it was about Nine oClock in the
Evening when he came thereand he sawthere was presently Mary
Keeling< no role >
one other Woman the said Miller and
himself in a Lower Room when he had not been
but a few Minuteswhobut he was violently
Assaulted beized hold of and by force Robbed of
Nine Guineas in Gold and one Black Silk
Handkerchief his property And this Informt. further
saith that the aforesaid Mary Keeling< no role >
was present
in the Room at the time he was Assaulted and
Robbed as aforesaid and was one of Persons who
so feloniously Assaulted and Robbed him in the
manner abovementioned
