on his Oath Smith That he
rents Part of a shop and Premisses of Joseph Walker< no role >

Street road
in the Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch
Middlesex
And that
on the night of Nineteenth day of May Instant or early
the next Morning his Appartments was Broke open and
Stolen and carried away there from a quantity of Shoes and
Cather, his working Tools and sundry other things his
Property and that several Pair of Shoes some Cather
and some working Tools now produced by John

that was told out of his Appartments aforesaid

three Cap Alley in the Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch

and told her she had heard that this Informant had got
a roon to lett and asked Informant if she would let it
to her, And accordingly Informant let the room to her
at One Shilling per Week and the said Samuel

took Possession of it the same Evening and

now under Examination lived there

on her Oath Saith that on Saturday
Morning the Twentyeth day of May Instant a Woman
came to her Husbands house who is a Shoemaker
in Webb square
in the Parish of Saint Matthew Bothnal Green

to sell her some old leather [..] Shoes but the same not
suiting her purpose she refused to buy them and
further Saith that she believes that Susannah
