Who being upon Oath say and first the said Robert
Campbell< no role >
saith that several Planks of Mahogany Pieces of Mahogany
Beach and other Wood has been Stolen in his late Shop in Neals Yard
in the Parish of St Giles in the Fields
and as he verily believes by
three Persons now Present who call themselves John Bamber< no role >
John Shemmell< no role >
and William Grist< no role >
together with one Thomas Andrew< no role >
that a large Quantity of Mahogany and Beach found in said
Shemmels Possession he is very sure is his property and has been
Stolen from himthat several small pieces of Mahogany and other
Wood new produced by Frances Humpage< no role >
and found in Grists
Possesion he is also very sure is his property and was Stolen from
himThe said John Nunn< no role >
saith that on Tuesday Morning
last between the Hours of 5 and 6 o Clock he saw said John Bamber< no role >
John Shemmell< no role >
and Thomas Andrews< no role >
carry three different parcels
of Wood which he believes to be Mahogany out of Neals
yard aforesaidthat he watchd them and saw them carry
said Boards to a House in Dyot Street
that he went to the
said Campbell caused him to be calld up, and in found him
of said Circumstancethat they afterwards found the properly
now produced in the Possession of said John Shemmall< no role >
