Wilkinson then went into the back yard and took a Bundle
he had with him on his Shoulder which he let fall in the
passage near the Bar Doorthat this Informant Kicked
said Bundle with his foot and found it contained Money
which occasioned this Informant to suspect that said Wilkinson
did not come by it honestlythat he mentioned his Suspecion
to Thomas Wiggins< no role > who searchd said Wilkinson and found in
his Breeches pockets 27 Guineas and an half in Gold two
pounds and thirteen Shillings in Silver One Silver Watch
and two Gold ringsand on Searching said Bundle they
found three Pounds thirteen Shillings and 6 pence farthing in Half pence and farthing
and The said Jonathan Bear< no role > saiththat one Richard Holt< no role >
calld on this Informant on Sunday last about half past 5 o Clock
and told him there was a Person at Sydenham who [..] was
Stopped by said John Tainton< no role > on Suspicion of having robbed
somebodythat this Informant immediatly went towards
Sydenham and met said John Tainton< no role > with the Prisoner
that this Informant took him into Custody and put him
into Lewisham Watch House
