taken upon Oath before me William Blackborow< no role >
Esqr . One of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the said County this 22nd. day of May 1786

This Informant upon his Oath saith that on Friday
last the 19th. day of May instant at [..] about
the hour of Eight of the Clock in the Evening a Brown
gelding this Informants property was put into a Field
at Stanford Brook in the Parish of Chriswick in the County
of Middlesex and in the Night the Gate of the Field
was lifted from off the Hinges and the said Brown
gelding was Feloniously stolen and taken away
And this Informant further on his Oath said that
he verily believes and suspects that the Prisoner
John Delove< no role > did Feloniously Steal and take away
the said Brown gelding this Informant property
as aforesaid.
