the deceased he Answered he would not for five
Shillings afterwards said Joseph Richards< no role > and
the Nephew went and milked some of the Cows.
and brought in the Milk in the Pails about
half past five o Clock which was measured to
have a quantity at Home. and Richards and
Bill Horseman< no role > went to Town with the Test
remainder. and as they were coming back
again about half past Ten o Clock Richards
was taken into Custody on Suspicion of being
guilty of the above Mischief.
