Thomas Cadman< no role > being duly, Sworn Saith that in the
night between the 7th. and 8th. of November last this
Informant going along Berwick Street Soho , at the
Comes of Kemps Court in the said Street three Men came
out of Kemps Court one of them this Informant very
believes from his height and his Cloaths to be the Prisoner
James Brown< no role > Snatched a Silver Watch out of his feb
and told him to deliver what Money he had the other two
Clapped Pistols to their Informants breast and said dont
Say a Word or we will blow your brains out, one of the
said Men rather Short [..] not yet taken took three
Shillings and some half pence out of this Informants
Pocket and asked him for now Money this Informant
told them he was only a Journeyman Tradesman and
had no more Money about him, then Brown the Prisoner
said as he is only a tradesman give him his Money back
again on which the Man that took the Money Returned
this Informant two Shillings and some half pence and told
him to make off as fast as he Could or he would blow his
Brains out
