against the said Richard Harris< no role > but this Deponent Saith he hath not
been able to find her a to learn where she now is and verily believes she is
Kept out of the way by the said Richard Harris< no role > or some of his Friends or hath
been induced to abscond at their Particular request and for the Purpose of
not giving Evidence before the Grand Jury on the Bill of Indictment now
ready to be Preferred against the said Richard Harris< no role > for the Felony aforesaid
And this Deponent Dennis Mc. Donald< no role > further Saith that he will continue
to make diligent search and Inquiry after the said Margaret Golding< no role > otherwise
Mc. Cabe< no role > and doubts not but he shall be able to procure her Attendance to
Prefer the said Bill of Indictment before the Grand Jury at the next Sessions
