The Information of
Bernard Holbrook< no role >
of
Grove House
Ealing
gentleman
and
Thomas
Gunnell< no role >
Coachman
to the said
Bernard
Holbrook< no role >
taken before me this 20th. day
of October 1786
Who being upon Oath say, and first the said Bernard
Holbrook< no role >
says that between 7 & 8 o'Clock in the Evening of the 19th
of September last he with his Wife were robbed between Gunnersburg
House
and Ealing
of a Guinea and a halfin gold and some Silver
by two Highwaymen-That one of them was a tall thin Man
very much in Appearance like George Flather< no role >
now present, whose
Voice very much resembles the tall Highwayman who robbed
him but that he cannot be positive as to his person-The
said Thomas Gunnell< no role >
for himself saith that he drove Mr. and
Mr. Holbrook at this time when they were robbed by two
Highwaymen at Ealing - That he looked at one of said
Highwaymen during the whole time of the Robbery and
took particular Notice of him-That from the Appearance
all together of George Flather< no role >
now present together with
his Voice he doth suspect and verily believe said Flather
to be one of said HIghwaymen
