Grocer taken before me one of his Majesty
Justices of the Peace for the said County

Who being upon Oath saith that about Eleven o Clock
on Wednesday night last he was picked up by Ward our
Street by the Person was present who calls herself Elizabeth
Thompson< no role > and is very Certain that at that times he had
a Silver Welch in his Feb and that he never was in
any other Company whatever from the time he was
Picked up untill he retired with the said Elizabeth
Thompson< no role > to a private Street called Winslaw Street
Saint Mary le Bone where some familiarty to passed
between them in which the said Elizabeth Thompson< no role >
was very busy with her hands about this Informants
Breeches that very moon after the said Elizabeth Thompson< no role >
quitted this Informant and Ran away as fast as the
could when he Immediately missed his Silver Watch
which this Informant verily believes the said
Elizabeth Thompson< no role > did then take and carry away
