that nor a three Weeks previous to his
setting out upon a Journey he reced a
Summons to attend this Amorath
Court which Journey was upon business and settled three Weeks Previous this departure but was prevented on that account
which circumstance he hopes will induce
the Court to take off the Fine impered.
