in the said County Dyer
on his Oath saith That his Dy house in the said Yard
was in the Night of Sunday or early on Monday Morning
last Broke into and a Quantity of Black Wool and
Worsted a Quantity of Silk Bindings for thoes two
Silk Gowns a few Silk Ferrets and other things Stolen
therein and taken and Carried away and that the
Goods now produced by Thomas Burnham< no role >
are
his property and part of the Goods so Stolen

Suit this Deponent upon which this Deponent
Says that he went to the Black Bull in Petticoat
Lane
aforesaid and there Saw the Person now
