Middlesex to wit


The Information of Robert
Marr
< no role > taken before me one
of his Majestys Justices of the
peace in and for the said County

Who being upon his Oath saith that
on the Twenty ninth of September last
as he was Walking a long Cable Street
he was accasted by a person now present
who calls herself Eleanor Shields< no role > who
asked him to go with her to her Lodgings
that accordingly he went that at the
time he went into her said Lodgings along
with her he had a Silver Watch and Two
Guineas in Gold that he gave one Guinea
to the Servant in order to get some Liquor
which was brought and he received the Change
that he had not been long in the said Room
when the said Eleanor Shields pretended to
go out to fetch Something for Supper and
when she was gone a little time he found
that his said Watch together with One
Guinea One half Guinea in Gold and five
Shillings in Silver had been feloniously taken
and Carried away And this Informt. further
upon his Oath saith that he is positive
sure that the above Eleanor Shields< no role >
is the person who committed the said Felony
