Who being upon Oath say, and first the said Ann Trunket< no role >
says
that as she was walking along James Street
Covent Garden
between
the hours of eightof eightand nine in the Evening of Saturday the
30th. of Septemtember last she was assaulted by a Girl, from whom
she received allow upon her Breast and at the same time had
the Broach now produced feloniously stolen from her And
further Saith that she doth verily believe that a person now
present who calls herself Mary Long< no role >
was the person
who committed the said Robbery. The said John Davis< no role >
for himself saith that he was crossing James Street
at this
time and saw the said Mary Long< no role >
run away from the said
Ann Trunket That upon said Mary Trunkets< no role >
crying out
Stop that Woman, she has robbed me [..] he endeavored
to Secure her, but she avoided being secured by turning the
corner into the Piazza and thereby got away The said

on his Oath says that he found the said Basach
in the hand of the said Mary Long< no role >
yesterday morning about eight
oClock in a House in Dyot Street
